Verse of the Day
A short Bible passage chosen for today, from the World English Bible (Protestant Edition).
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says the LORD, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.
What is the verse of the day?
Each day this page shows a single passage from a curated library of well-known Bible verses. The selection is chosen deterministically from the date, so every visitor sees the same verse on a given day, and it changes on its own the following day.
